Terms & Conditions

OFFICE HOURS:

Our office is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Voicemail is available after hours.Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made during business hours and at least one business day in advance. We operate on most holidays,except Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year Day.

CANCELLATION FEE:

We understand that plans may change. "f you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least one business day in advance during office hours. Cancellations with less notice may incur a $75 fee, as that time is reserved specifically for you. Thank you for your understanding.

COMMUNICATION:

For any questions or concerns,please call or email our office during business hours. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service and will make every reasonable effort to ensure a professional and satisfying cleaning experience.

SCHEDULING CHANGES:

In the event of unsafe weather conditions or inaccessible driveways and sidewalks, we may need to reschedule your appointment. Additionally, some holidays may affect scheduling. We highly recommend calling the office in advance to secure an available opening.

CREW:

DCS will aim to send the same crew for each cleaning, but we cannot guarantee this. this is not always possible due to illness, vacation, or scheduling changes. Regardless, consistent service quality remains our top priority

ARRIVAL TIME:

Due to variables like traffic, we provide a one-hour arrival window. DCS may arrive earlier or later than estimated, and we appreciate your flexibility.

CLUTTER:

For optimal cleaning, please ensure that the space is free of clutter. Excessive clutter may limit our ability to clean thoroughly.

BREAKAGE OR DAMAGE:

If any damage occurs, please notify us immediately. We are fully insured, but items of high monetary or sentimental value are not covered under our policy. We recommend removing fragile or irreplaceable items from cleaning areas. Surfaces are assumed to be sealed and safe for standard cleaning.

PETS:

We are pet-friendly! However, for everyone's safety, we ask that pets be kept in a separate area during cleaning. We do not service flea-infested homes or remove animal waste, and may refuse service if a pet poses a safety concern.

QUALITY CONTROL:

We conduct regular team inspections and reviews using photos/videos for training and consistency. If you are not satisfied, we will return on the same or next business day to correct the issue at no additional cost.

INITIAL CLEANING:

Danny's Cleaning Service begins your service with a Professional Deep Cleaning. The Initial Cleaning is a thorough, top-to-bottom cleaning of your home or business. Due to the detailed work and extra time required, an additional fee is charged for this initial service.

RATE CHANGES:

Rates may be adjusted due to rising costs such as fuel, inflation, or travel. You will receive advance notice of any changes..
